YRT Series Rotary Table Bearing-Integrated mounting holes, extremely high rigidity & low runout. Ideal for CNC rotary tables, machining centers, medical imaging, and robotics. Supports axial, radial, and tilting moment loads.
Series: YRT (metric, high-precision)
Inner Diameter (d): 50 mm – 850 mm (common: 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 260, 325, 395, 460, 580, 650, 850)
Diamètre extérieur (D): 80 mm – 1090 mm
Height (H): 20 mm – 96 mm (depending on size)
Radial Load Rating (Cr): Moderate to high – supports combined loads
Tilting Moment Rigidity: Excellent – very high stiffness against moment loads
Precision Grades: P4, P2 (ISO); often SP, UP (ultra-precision)
Matériel: Bearing steel (GCr15) or case-hardened steel
Lubrification: Grease pre-filled; special lubrication holes available
Mounting: Through holes on inner and outer rings (no separate flange needed)
Standard bearings (deep groove, angular contact) cannot simultaneously handle large axial loads, radial loads, and tilting moments with high rigidity. The YRT series solves this with a three-row roller design:
Two axial roller rows (one for upward axial load, one for downward axial load)
One radial roller row (centered, for radial load)
Ultra-High Rotational Accuracy:YRT bearings are manufactured to ISO P4 (or P2) precision grades. Typical axial/radial runout is ≤ 0.003mm (3μm) for standard class, and ≤ 0.0015mm (1.5μm) for high-precision class. This ensures exceptional concentricity and repeatability for precision rotary indexing.
Excellent Rigidity Under Combined Loads:The preloaded roller arrangement eliminates internal clearance, resulting in minimal elastic deformation under load. This high rigidity is critical for machine tools where cutting forces must be absorbed without losing positional accuracy. Unlike crossed roller bearings, the YRT’s three-row design offers even higher axial stiffness.
High Load Carrying Capacity:Because axial loads are split over two separate roller rows and radial loads are handled by a dedicated radial row, YRT bearings can support very high axial loads (up to hundreds of kN) and substantial radial loads simultaneously – all while maintaining precision.
Simplified Mounting: Each YRT bearing has precisely spaced through-holes on both the inner and outer rings. You can directly bolt the bearing to your machine’s base plate and rotary table without designing complex housing geometries. This reduces machining costs and assembly errors.
