SBR rails feature a rigid aluminum base with a hardened steel shaft embedded along the top. This design provides full support across the entire length, eliminating deflection and allowing longer travel distances. Paired with SBR series linear bearing blocks (e.g., SBR20U, SBR16U), this system delivers low-friction, high-precision linear movement for a wide range of automation and light-industrial applications.
