Unlike hybrid bearings that combine ceramic balls with steel rings, this is a 100% roulement entièrement en céramique. This all-ceramic construction unlocks a level of environmental tolerance and operational freedom that no metal-based bearing can approach.

  The most significant advantage of a full ceramic bearing is its ability to operate without any oil or grease. ZrO₂ has inherent self-lubricating properties and a low coefficient of friction. This eliminates lubricant contamination risks in food processing, pharmaceutique, and semiconductor applications. It also removes the maintenance burden of greasing schedules—the bearing simply runs, year after year, without intervention.

• Ultimate Corrosion Resistance – Fully Inert to Chemicals
  ZrO₂ is chemically inert in most acids, alcalis, and saline solutions. The only notable exception is hydrofluoric acid (HF). Unlike steel bearings that rust and pit within days of exposure to moisture, le 6200 ZrO₂ maintains its precise geometry and smooth surface indefinitely in wet, salty, or chemically aggressive environments.
