The F6-12M is a separable bearing with three independent components: a shaft washer (inner ring), a housing washer (outer ring), and a ball and cage assembly. This design allows users to install each component separately. Therefore, it simplifies assembly in applications with limited access. Unlike flat race thrust bearings, the F6-12M uses grooved raceways to guide the balls more precisely. This structure reduces ball movement variations and helps the bearing handle higher loads.

The F6-12M delivers a dynamic load rating of up to 1,820 N and a static load rating of up to 2,220 N. It measures only 12 mm in diameter and 4.5 mm in height. Moreover, this high load density makes it ideal for applications with limited space and critical axial load requirements.

The precision-ground grooves in both washers provide better ball guidance than flat race designs. Additionally, the grooves closely match the ball dimensions. As a result, they reduce variations in ball movement and minimize vibration.
